We are a Running Club based out of the Harrisburg area. Founded in January of 2010, Keystone Track Club’s mission is to further the development of Track & Field and Cross Country athletes of all ages and abilities in Central Pennsylvania. KTC promotes training and competition at all levels in the sport and aims to unite and assist local athletes in achieving their loftiest goals.
